3 weeks paid vacation time is nice

Cons

Poorly organized production floor is a mess lots of temps training is awful have to walk on pins and needles around project managers and upper management who has no clue how production or anything outside of sitting at a desk works people like the blame others for mistakes no coordination among departments just awful job seekers if you see this place posting for employment do not apply move on it's awful
