Pros

My coworkers were friendly and I was able to get more insight into cultural differences.

Cons

Work was sporadic and stressful. The temps were not vetted at all or given much instruction on how to do the most basic of tasks. Anyone promoted to a Line Lead let the power go to their head and would act all high and mighty. There were many times where the finished kits weighted between 30lbs and 50lbs, but no safety equipment was provided to help prevent strain from lifting these heavy kits repeatedly. Unfortunately, there were some workers that were hired because they knew someone in the company. A few of these individuals had used this chance to set up shop and sell illegal substances on the premises without anyone knowing.

Pros

Cafeteria in house for dayshift. No experience necessary. Non English speaking is ok. They dont fire people often.

Cons

Executive team with no production experience tells the production floor how to do their job, even when proven wrong. It's the golden boys club and the friends and family network. Executive team keeps all the money upstairs while most employees on the production floor struggle to pay their bills. Set in the 90s era still as far as business mentality.
