Pros

Great company culture, friendly, professional co-workers. If you do you job well and work well with others, you will find all the support you could ever need to complete your work and grow your career. This is a large company with many roles and opportunities. IPS is constantly evolving, striving to grow and adapt in an ever-changing industry. This industry faces many challenges, yet IPS manages to keep ahead of the curve, driving innovation and growth. At IPS, your career is what you make of it. If you put in the work and do a great job, you can certainly move up and advance. There is a strong sense of teamwork/camaraderie here. Co-workers will not hesitate to help each other out in times of need. Although a large company, it feels like a small company in that HR is extremely accessible and caring of their employees. You will always be treated fairly, and with respect. If you have any concerns, they will be addressed with care and concern. Many of the employees here are top experts in their field, and it is an honor to work alongside these people. You will learn a lot and gain incredible work experience. Aside from a few (very) bad apples, egos are checked at the door. Most workers will have a smile on their face, even during the most challenging times. 99% of the people working here are fantastic, amazing folk—much better than you could expect from a large corporation. Some fun/exciting clientele. New and exciting things always seem to be on the horizon. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. It really is a great place to work. This review applies only to the front offices. I know nothing of the factory side of things and cannot speak to it, although I do know some great leaders in the factory. Based on this, I'm assuming the factory might also be a great place to work.

Cons

Some roles seemed less rewarding than others, likely due to leadership of those departments. Executive leadership is shrouded in mystery, and seems to be very emotional/sensitive. Don't ever oppose or contradict executive leadership—they'll fire you without remorse, especially if you are a woman. Executive leadership has to have their hands in everything. Don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong and you'll be fine I suppose. Just stay out of the spotlight and avoid executive leadership.

Pros

Nice facilities mask a dysfunctional organization run by friends of the family. If you're able to "click" with the existing management team you might have an opportunity here. Nepotism is on full display. Products manufactured by the company are interesting and unique, providing some visual enjoyment in the work place. Work on production floor appears to be thriving and busy while the office atmosphere is siloed and racked with turnover. If you want to drive a print press this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you work in administrative functional areas, know that you can do better.

Cons

- Cult of personality surrounding founder - Turnover under new PE group - or shadow management team? - Immature processes driven by feckless leadership - Lack of direction
