12 hour days which meant longer weekends

Cons

A lot of the days it was just walking around the warehouse for 12 hours because there wasn't enough work to do, too slow for me. Was talked down to a lot.

Mostly understanding company that the work is what mattered ultimately over things like attendance or attitude. get the work done and do it well and you wont have many issues

Cons

some managers like to breathe down your neck for no reason but youll find that most places, the investment company that purchased a few years ago also started cutting too many costs. not sure how it might be now
