Pros

When I started this was a great place to work. It had its ups and downs like any job, but that changed when Bob (the owner) sold the company.

Cons

Oak hill ruined this company (and continues to). The investment group that bought the company did what investment company’s do. Cut costs and tried to run lean(er). But this meant cutting and losing good people and replacing them with lower paid and inexperienced employees. Worst of all the top executives were all from other industries with no business being in a print based business.

Pros

The company's response to the pandemic and getting us to the other side, with eyes toward growth. My coworkers are great to work with and I really enjoy my manger.

Cons

It's a fast paced industry, so you're always on your toes. That's not a con for me, but some folks can struggle with it.
