Pros

Not much for positives here; an on-site cafeteria and a free bag of popcorn on Fridays top the list.

Cons

Revolving door company with huge turn around. Upper management is a joke. They are not serious about improving the company, they only care about playing favorites. Accomplishments mean nothing and as soon as you get on a VPs bad side you will be fired. Discrimination and mistreatment of people with disabilities is common.

Some people are great but make sure you do not give too much out.

Cons

Leadership is difficult to deal with at times. They like long hours and do not pay for it. They expect you to be on call 24/7. If you have a bad attitude or someone higher up does not like you. You're fired.

There is none just the Christmas party at the end of the year

They treat their employees like dogs they dont care about fair treatment there is alot of Favoritism they will fire you if you bring up any issues with employees that do not work the Kitting department is a joke the supervisors dont care about the jobs of any company wonders why their product is not made in time is because the supervisors could care less they spend their time talking all day at their desk . The department manger of the department is friends with alot people in the department personally he will fire you or lay you off if you speak up on issues with others who are not doing their job because most of the people in that department are his friends do not work here because they will treat you and work you like a dog while his buddys stand around and wacth you work
