Toxic & Unstable Work Environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Good teammates, good training, CEO is cool and nice guy. Local management is usually the problem.

Cons

Local management has no idea what they're doing. If they're not performing well they'll fire people for small or unclear reasons. You'll be lied to and not protected. Not a diverse work setting whatsoever and they do not care to change that. Salary and starting commission are laughable. Go somewhere else.

Deceptive Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

There are amazing co-workers and the work culture is very positive at first.

Cons

Management's true colors come through during hard times, and this management team does not care about it's people despite all the parties they throw. They will lie to your face about your job security and then let you go a week later. I saw this happen countless times.
