Cons

As a former employee of The Intersect Group, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this company. My time there was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by abysmal leadership, incompetent management, and an overall toxic work environment. Let's start with the leadership—or lack thereof. From day one, it was evident that the higher-ups were completely out of touch with the needs of their employees. Decisions were made arbitrarily, with little consideration for the impact on the staff. There was a pervasive sense of disorganization and chaos that trickled down from the top, leaving everyone feeling lost and frustrated. Management was equally disappointing, if not worse. There was a glaring lack of training and support for new hires, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a sea of uncertainty. Instead of guidance and mentorship, we were met with unrealistic expectations and unattainable goals. Coming into work felt like walking into a warzone, where employees were routinely subjected to verbal abuse and harassment. I personally experienced being cussed out often by superiors who lacked even a small amount of professionalism or decency. If that wasn't enough, imagine the shock and disbelief when I learned that my most recent manager had been arrested. It was the final straw in a long line of disappointments, confirming my suspicions that The Intersect Group is a sinking ship with no hope of redemption. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against anyone considering employment with The Intersect Group. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt, working in a constant state of fear and anxiety, and witnessing the implosion of a company from the inside out, steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself the trouble and find employment elsewhere—anywhere but here.
