      Pros

      Dynamic and close knit team, flexible schedule, celebratory nature, Very transparent leadership team - people let you be yourself, and make an effort to play to people's strengths and want to help you win. Competitive compensation, bonus and commission package, particularly for top tier performers. Leadership is making efforts to modernize and innovate to create more differentiation.

      Cons

      Some typical communication gaps between delivery and sales, however, those have improved

      Pros

      The people, work life balance, culture, comp structure. TIG has a team environment where people help each other. People work hard and respect their team.

      Cons

      No 401K match; office space needs an upgrade but that is planned for later this year.

      Pros

      I have been in staffing/recruiting for 5+ years and the past 3+ have been with TIG. It has been a fantastic & welcoming organization since the day I started. Excellent compensation plan, flexibility, great leadership, resources to succeed and opportunities to grow. Great culture, fun people and overall a positive environment. Highly recommend it for those who want to work hard and succeed.
