Pros

Minus leadership there are some great people in BD and Talent Management.

Cons

Oh where to begin? 1. Zero C-Level support I watched them burn through great management only to replace them with people that are walking liabilities because they could talk a good game. 2. Not a real CEO after August of last year when the former CEO stepped down they gave the CFO the title of Interim CEO. Normally this might not be a bad thing but in this case it is a disaster for a couple of points. First his morale compass is so screwed up I am surprised that he can find his way to and from work and second good luck on him ever passing a random drug test. 3. Terrible rating system if you are a new BDM good luck on getting any of your positions worked. 4. They will screw you out of commission

Intersect Group - Bad Fit

Pros

Quick placement and variety of assignments to choose from.

Cons

Two week pay period. You have to wait until the end of the current pay period plus two weeks to get your first paycheck. They are also very unprofessional and do not respond to emails or phone calls once you accept an assignment. I do not care for how they treat their candidates and felt very unpleasant dealing with them. You will always be treated as a "temp."

Pros

Rapid growth - hitting all-time highs for individuals and company Flexibility Autonomy and trust Compensation plans - unlimited earning potential with a very competitive commission structure Unlimited PTO Great team and culture Management support and trust Honestly, I feel extremely lucky to work for this organization. I love the people I work with. I love the flexibility that I have. I love the trust I have earned to manage my own business. I love the continued growth I have seen year-over-year - professionally and financially. While The Intersect Group is not perfect, it is a spectacular place to work.

Cons

The culture is definitely not for everyone - people enjoy absolutely themselves, enjoy what they do, and work hard, but there is a lot of joking around, the office is loud, and there is flexibility. You need to be self-driven if you are going to succeed in this organization. Internal competition - there are a decent amount of recruiters for the job order flow, which goes up and down as it does with any staffing firm, but you need to beat out internal competition before getting to external competition.
