Pros

With me being in this industry for yeeeeeeears! There are literally no pros.

Cons

Executive leadership is Toxic! Communication and expectations are terrible! They have let go over 300 people in a 1 year time span! They are closing offices left and right! You will be lied to by executive leadership! They don’t hold themselves accountable for what’s going on with the company!

Pros

There’s a gym onsite if they let you get up from your desk

Cons

All of it. Poor managers, poor leadership. You either fit the frat/ sorority mold or you’re left out. Leadership literally didn’t know team members names. They hire a bunch of recent grads, don’t train, then fire the 80% left that didn’t already leave in the first year.
