Pros

Before my whole team either quit or was fired, we were really close.

Cons

Look I'm going to be as real as possible because I have nothing to lose. This company does not care about you. They might make it look that way but go to LinkedIn look at the tenure of the "Recruiters" or "sales Managers" who have TIG listed on their jobs. IT IS NOT LONG. In fact it is probably the most unsettling tenure I've ever seen in my professional career. A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T MAKE IT EVEN 1 YEAR. Additionally, this company is an energy vampire. I became a different, unhappy person when I worked here. I was micromanaged like crazy and I never felt good enough. They expect you to work hard to prove yourself but if you're a recruiter you'll never be valued the way the sales people are. They say you're equal but right off the bat sales people are paid more and have a higher compensation plan. If you're reading this review you are probably fresh out of college because my manager literally told our team "we won't take referrals, we only want people with no experience who won't ask for a higher salary" RED FLAG. They're gonna try to pay you $45k salary and 2% commission in the R1 position. Then take your commission away and make you restart when you're promoted and start paying you a whopping 3% in commission!! WOW! Good luck finding a job but just think twice about if you want this one... also the benefits suck. PS. the company asks employees to write good reviews so take those with a grain of salt. In fact, take this with a grain of salt, reach out to some past employees on LinkedIn and Ask them personally what their experience was like. Just do your research..
