Pros

Met a few really great people.

Cons

Management is dishonest and talks down to and demeans their employees regularly. Extreme micromanaging. No job stability. They are constantly letting good employees go without cause. Everyone is working in fear they are the next. TOXIC and unprofessional environment. They do not have your best interest in mind and will take advantage of you.

Pros

This is a very interesting place to work. On one hand you have some people who work very hard to be the best at what they do. My manager was amazing and taught me so much. I can honestly say most of the managers want the best for their team and the company which means a lot. It’s a shame no one recognizes that. The CEO Joe is really cool too. I made a lot of friends and learned a ton.

Cons

Upper management are a bunch of jerks that treat everyone no matter who you are like garbage. Well unless you are a young girl under 25 that will flirt with them. They constantly tell you to do things that they themselves will never show you how to do. Certain people get special treatment.

Pros

I could go on for days about all of the things I love about TIG, but I'll spare us all and keep it to some bullets. Unmatched Culture: - This is such a fun and motivating environment to work in and I actually look forward to coming into the office. My coworkers are some of the best friends I've found in life and that is just the type of people we hire to work here. Motivated, kind, encouraging, funny and hard working people. We also do a lot of team building and giving back to our communities together Opportunity for growth is amazing - Promotions are expected of you here, not something you have to beg for. Your managers will work with you closely to be sure you have all of the support and guidance to get to whatever goals you have. - They like to promote from within for management and senior level Recruiting and Account Management roles - The commission structure has tiers so you can take home more money on your deals the more people you place, and it is uncapped. I know if people who have been here for just a few years who are making insane amounts of commission. - Benefits are great, PTO policy is really nice. You will learn a good amount of PTO flexibility when you promote and are up to par with ramping expectations. - The executive leadership team and our CEO are unlike anything I've experienced at another company and I have worked in my fair share of corporate jobs. They are hands on, they are right there in the weeds with us, helping, leading, adjusting where needed and they actually give a sh*t about the people who work for their company. - Our managers are some of my favorite people. They are great leaders who will push you to be better and make you laugh at the same time. - Joe Myers, our CEO literally knows everyone by name, can tell you all about their life, where they came from etc. because he spends the time to get to know the people who are working with him. Key word WITH and not FOR. He refuses to say people work "for" him because he truly sees this company as a team with no 1 person being more important than another. - You will work really hard here. You will be pushed to be your best. You will be expected to take constructive criticism and implement changes that will help further your career. You will grow as a professional here, but if you're someone who does not want to be challenged, this isn't the place for you! This was long winded, not surprising for me, but believe me, this is the shortened version.

Cons

This is not a con necessarily, but I'll take this space to say that the staffing industry isn't for everyone and I think that's where some of these more negative comments come from. It is meant for hard working, driven, a little bit competitive, team oriented people with grit to get through the initial learning phase because it is definitely tough at first, but if you push through your first 8 months to a year, you'll be soarin and flyin like Troy Bolton.
