Pros

The R1 and AM are nice

Cons

Executive level is closed door when it comes to asking questions and getting feedback. Training is a little to non existence. Expectation is unreasonable with the training they provide. Employees go week to week afraid they’re going to loose their job.

Pros

Very encouraging and uplifting environment. Leadership values each employee with helping them be the best version of themselves. Promotion track is set out for your success. Positive culture and each office has their own dynamic!

Cons

You work your way up to a hybrid model. This industry in general is a grind. You need to know coming in that you will face challenges and bumps along the way.
