      On site gym at office building.

      Cons

      -Treated like a number, leadership doesn’t know your name unless it’s on a spreadsheet. -New executives couldn’t explain their role on day 1, only “I’m really good at figuring it out” and “I’m here to help you buy your dream beach house.” -Meetings with your manager consist of “do it like this person.” -No 401(k) match -Implemented a bunch of processes without any feedback from the people having to do them. -Top performers not promoted, no growth opportunity.

      Great team environment, fun place to work, great earning potential

      Cons

      Don't trust the ownership group. They are owned by a private equity company that is all about the bottom line... when Covid hit they let go over 20% of their workforce.
