Pros

Minus leadership there are some great people in BD and Talent Management.

Cons

Oh where to begin? 1. Zero C-Level support I watched them burn through great management only to replace them with people that are walking liabilities because they could talk a good game. 2. Not a real CEO after August of last year when the former CEO stepped down they gave the CFO the title of Interim CEO. Normally this might not be a bad thing but in this case it is a disaster for a couple of points. First his morale compass is so screwed up I am surprised that he can find his way to and from work and second good luck on him ever passing a random drug test. 3. Terrible rating system if you are a new BDM good luck on getting any of your positions worked. 4. They will screw you out of commission

Pros

***Just a note that this review is most certainly written in response to others that have been posted recently, but I was NOT asked by leadership to do so. I am compelled to write this because I really love this company and the opinions of a disgruntled few should not take precedence over what really goes on here.*** My experience with The Intersect Group has been extremely positive. I’m 2 years in and I still love my job. I think the most important thing to note is the people. Leadership and coworkers alike, we care about each other and the company does a great job supporting their employees in and out of the workplace. I’ve also felt a tremendous amount of autonomy and flexibility in how I conduct my day to day business with more of a focus on end goals and big picture rather than the micromanagement of day to day. I am treated as a professional and trusted to get my job done. Another wonderful TIG trait is their focus on quality and relationships. While so many other staffing companies are volume driven, TIG has preached relationships since the first day I started and that message has never changed. Other great benefits to note are unlimited PTO and uncapped commission.

Cons

This is a growing company and with growth comes change. That isn’t always comfortable.

I have nothing to say negative about the place.
