1.Great culture- a lot of people go to lunch together/ get together after work / attend fun team bonding events 2. Everyone is willing to help when you have questions/ don't understand a topic 3. Management has previous experience as a Recruiter / AM- the advice/tips/coaching comes from past experience

- Great learning opportunity if you are new to the industry - Strong training program - Coworkers are resourceful and willing to help you - Understanding managers who are flexible with work/life balance

Cons

- Not the best sales training / development - Can be stressful at time - Very metrics driven, so that can be a good thing or bad, depending on your personality
