Pros

Ultimately this is a performance/sales company. In general, staffing is not for the faint-hearted. With this mindset, this is a great company and work environment that has strong team morale and constantly pushes each other to improve their performance. There are lots of resources provided like Managers and technology that can be utilized to be successful, as long as you are willing to put in the work. Lots of fun traveling for conferences, work trainings, etc.

Cons

Recent limitations on job perks.

Pros

The foundation of this company is solid and leadership truly cares about everybody's success. There are plenty of people to reach out to if you need help or advice and our office culture is great. If you're a hard worker and follow the steps that leadership gives you in sales, you will find a lot of success. You really do get as much as you put in here and there's so much long-term growth opportunity. In the Nashville office, there's a smaller group and it's full of kind, hard-working, and genuine people who make coming to work enjoyable every day. The Market Director is a great mentor and makes an effort to hold everybody accountable, while still making work fun.

Cons

If you're looking for more flexibility in your schedule, it may be harder to get used to this work environment (strict 8-5). It's onsite every day and little to no opportunity to work remotely. We used to have a hybrid schedule but that's not offered unless you're high above your ramp.
