Pros

Was able to make great friends and gain experience in Staffing.

Cons

My time at TIG has been an interesting one.. I have grown as a professional here and have learned so much about the the business, however i’ve also learned how unprofessional and disappointing this company is. Most of my time here i’ve dealt with being talked down to, judged for my attire, and had to deal with extremely unprofessional events in my office. Favoritism is huge within this company. I’m disappointed with the way management runs the office and the way they speak to their employees. Disgusting to say the least. This is not how anyone should feel in their work space.

Pros

TIG is a great place for entry level sales executives that are looking to upgrade/begin their professional careers. We have exceptional training and mentorship programs allowing entry level professionals to either become high level recruiters or account managers. We also have an amazing culture, company wide conferences, and a healthy amount of internal transparency.

Cons

In terms of downsides, there aren't many - there is a lot of success and tenure and TIG. The only big thing that comes to mind is just basic growing pains post acquisition. Growing pains that have been identified, and are actively being worked on.

Pros

Feels like a very close group of co-workers for a decently sized company. Management is motivating and wants the best for everyone. Training is detailed and you can always ask questions without worry of looking uninformed. The company culture is fun but hard-working!

Cons

There will be a lot of road-bumps when trying to break into new markets.
