The Intersect Group has been a great place to work thus far. Culture is awesome and overall, it has been a positive environment to work in. The training is great for those who have no industry experience as they provide the tools and resources you will need to succeed. The company has a solid mix of tenured individuals that have been in the industry for a while and those of us who are new to the industry. This balance has helped me learn and grow professionally in a short period of time -- management has been there to support me and my peers are on the journey with me. Once promoted, there are more opportunities to make more money and further your career at the company.

Brooklynn had reached out to me when I was on the job market and I have never been through a better interview/hiring process. She was extremely hands on and helped me every step of the way. She provided advice throughout the process that ultimately helped me land the job with TIG. I have been here for 4 months now and feel extremely welcomed and well-led by the management. The culture here is amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and there is a strong friendly competitive atmosphere.
