Pros

Great people to work with and an awesome team environment!

Cons

Leadership was under constant pressure to drive results and people were scared daily they would lose their jobs. Always in meetings. When you did well didn’t get much praise but if you messed up you were on the chopping block.

Pros

Most if the people I worked with were actually great.

Cons

Pay is on the low end. For new employees they're required to be in office 5 days a week but the ones who were working remotely because of the pandemic just got to stay remote. Hires big groups of new starts know they won't last long, and then they ended laying a lot of people off anyway. Very metrics driven vs results driven. Direct supervisor practiced heavily in micro management. They really just grind you down.
