The Best Company!

Pros

This company has been nothing but amazing from the very beginning. I first had my initial call with Lucas in TA and then Luigi, Director of TA. Both made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions I had about the company without me even having to ask them! I knew I needed to proceed. I’ve worked for a few companies in the past where I’ve never felt like I was a value to the company - instead just another person to make the company money. The Intersect Group is the complete opposite of that. I feel heard, valued, and supported on every aspect. (Not to mention the CEO knows every employee by first and last name and makes an effort to get to know every one of us) Once I got hired I was quickly promoted to an account manager in just 2 short months. I could not have done that without the help of my managers and peers guiding me in the right direction. They wanted me to succeed and were there for me with any help that I needed. After being part of this company for a little under a year, I can genuinely say this is a career where I can see myself staying long term and growing with the company. I can’t wait to see my career unfold with The Intersect Group!

Cons

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth/different paths you can take. Young employee base - really good starting point for young professionals.

Cons

Trial by fire - jumping in feet first is just the nature of it - very heavy on the grind mentality. Focus is primarily on sales - not a lot of focus on the recruitment side of things that drive the business.
