Really great working environment, everybody gets along really well and the culture is great. Really fun place to work! The training is great for people new to recruiting - truly sets you up for success in the field if you have the motivation for it. I was able to get promoted within 4 months thanks to the support I got from everyone in the office and the training pod. Lucas Goldwater recruited me for the role and he has been nothing but helpful along the way! The TAs truly care about helping you feel comfortable and happy in your new role. I am very thankful I get to work here.

This a great place to work if you enjoy being congratulated, celebrated, and supported. Your immediate managers are there to answer any questions you have. You will work hard but you will reap the benefits of that work and play hard. You always are aware of how you are progressing weekly and if you are meeting any goals or expectations set for you.
