      Pros

      My time at TIG has been positive from the get-go. From leadership to account managers, to recruiters, everyone has been helpful, informative, and kind. When I started, everyone was willing to give me a helping hand whenever I had a question or needed advice/ guidance. The culture is one of the best things TIG has to offer. There are endless opportunities to grow within the company. I was promoted within 6 months of working here and I couldn't be more pleased. My manager is very well-versed in the market and has been a great mentor going from a recruiting position to sales. There is a great work/life balance. I'm glad to be a part of a great team.

      The work environment is unmatched compared to any other organization here in Tampa. Down-to-earth people who genuinely want to see everyone around them succeed. Unlimited PTO as Account Manager Livable base Salary and great commission opportunity. 1-2 days hybrid as Account Manager.
