      Pros

      My experience here at The Intersect Group has been nothing short of amazing. When I was on the search for a new career, I wanted to work somewhere that I could be mentored and actually gave the necessary tools for one to be successful. With the company being in such a growing state, there is plenty of room for growth. Overall, I am super excited for my journey with TIG.

      Cons

      I wouldn't necessarily say there are any cons. I would say one thing that can be hard to meet sometimes is your metrics. Some weeks are easier than others to meet that goal but overall you can always reach out to leadership and they steer you in the right direction.

      Pros

      Being a recent college graduate, I was looking for a career and a company that provided me an opportunity to grow, a wonderful company culture, as well as fantastic leadership! TIG has all of this and SO MUCH MORE! Less than two months into my time with TIG, I was promoted from a recruiter to an account manager. My leaders and team supported me and provided me with a clear path for growth! I could not think of a better place to work!

      Cons

      Honestly I have nothing negative to say about TIG! It has provided everything I am looking for and more! While the staffing industry is a hard industry to work in, your teammates and leaders are a fantastic support system!

      1. Top to bottom visibility and recognition throughout the entire company. 2. In depth training and support from SME's. 3. Well adept recruiting team to work roles. 4. Collaborative Market Director with open door policy. 5. Startup feel with great, diverse culture.

      Cons

      I'm 8 weeks in and there are no complaints on this end. Everything you've heard about this industry has been completely reimagined by a leadership team with decades of experience in staffing solutions.
