Pros

Company is growing & that means opportunity for all that are interested in participating. Great clients with even better candidates. Office is smaller, so everyone on the team can make an immediate impact on the growth. Management in the Dallas office and in Atlanta are competent, successful leaders that understand the market and are supporting us through the crazy growth/changes that may come.

Cons

There has been some turnover in the office. No company likes turnover, but start-ups will always have bumps in the road to success. Through my experience here, the majority of the turnover has not been a negative, but a positive.

Pros

Good culture, good commission structure, flexibility and good people. This is the staffing industry- it is pretty simple. If you are lazy then you won't be successful. This is the type of place where the opportunities for you to make the money you want are there but it is up to you to work hard and get it.

Cons

Not much room for growth from a title perspective. If you are a good producer you will most likely stay in that role for awhile. If you are a producer then you should be making the money you want which is usually what people strive for.

Pros

TIG is a quickly growing company that is currently optimizing every single process we perform within the company. My employment here allows me to be creative and innovative while making HUGE differences that will follow the company into the future as it matures and expands. Although I am in an individual contributor level role, I am still empowered to make decisions and recommendations to any level of executive leadership, even up to the CEO. Our teams work well together due to our relaxed culture and focus on trust, honestly and transparency. TIG management has actively thought of ideas to maintain motivation and create a fun work environment by creating a social committee to facilitate monthly company-wide events, contests to drive adoption of new processes and performance of key activities and the empowerment of employees to give their true feedback on any changes we have added to our day to day roles. As the company matures and grows, leadership allows the same of its employees. Our environment is one that allows for mistakes to be made without overly harsh consequences as long as they are resolved and taken as a learning opportunity. Our current management is doing a great job at embracing and supporting change even when extra work is created for their teams at the benefit of other teams. Everyone is on board for the initial large amount of work knowing that it will pay off in the long run resulting in a fun and productive work environment, happy customers and happy staff.

Cons

As with any company that is experiencing widespread growth and change, this can be painful and can create long work hours. This isn't something that some people can handle, and because of that, we have experienced some turnover and disgruntlement. However, anyone who is up to the challenges of the workplace is highly rewarded for their efforts not only monetarily, but in recognition and extra opportunities for training and advancement.
