Pros
This is a company that walks the talk. They believe in doing what's best for clients and candidates and will bend over backwards to ensure that goal is met. It is a culture of trust and transparency and I've never encountered so many people that are happy to assist one another, even if it takes away from their own time. In addition, the HR team is the epitome of professionalism, responsiveness and customer service. They are simply remarkable. They support the internal team and consultants with efficiency and genuine care.
Cons
The nature of the industry is such that it will never just be a 40 hour work week. Anyone going into it needs to be aware of that on the front end. But the rewards you reap in this industry are well worth the investment and it is a pleasure to work alongside people who care about others (internally & externally), are dedicated to what they do, and have tremendous fun in the process.
