      Pros

      Working at TIG has been wonderful so far! Leadership prides themselves in making sure you are set up for success in all the ways they know how.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, but it's on par for an entry level job where they provide all training necessary to be successful.

      Pros

      There is potential to make money here but the business outlook is terrible with the new CEO and leadership.

      Cons

      Health insurance and benefits are terrible especially if you have a family. They don’t like remote work, require you to be in office 4-5 days a week. Micromanagement at all levels with a huge focus on numbers and KPI’s. There is almost no accountability on the sales team but recruiters are expected to do business development. No incentive to move into management. They don’t pay managers enough to essentially be babysitters to all the new college grads they are bringing in.

      The pay seems to be arbitrary, no bonus structure if you aren't sales, the leadership is woefully lacking
