Pros

In general, there are good people on the staffing teams.

Cons

Culture changing for the worse. Management is concerned only about growth and bottom line. What's best for internal employees and clients of Intersect is no longer a focus.

Pros

Manager doesn't micro-manage but you will be held responsible. The CEO knows EVERYONE by name which is impressive.

Cons

I feel I will be knocking my blessings if I said anything bad. Honestly, I can't think of anything.
