The culture- it's a nice balance of work and play! This job seems to really care about the people they place and also the employees Diversity-Great to see a company care and not be scare to talk about real issues

Dynamic and close knit team, flexible schedule, celebratory nature, Very transparent leadership team - people let you be yourself, and make an effort to play to people's strengths and want to help you win. Competitive compensation, bonus and commission package, particularly for top tier performers. Leadership is making efforts to modernize and innovate to create more differentiation.

Cons

Some typical communication gaps between delivery and sales, however, those have improved
