      Pros

      It is truly a team environment, you feel so welcomed and everyone pushes you to be the best version you can be. It is so clear that everyone is here to build relationships and continue to develop those relationships. This is the best company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Honestly the only downside is the actual office space but we will be moving offices soon and I couldn't be happier about it!

      Pros

      TIG is hands down one the best places that I have ever had the honor of working at. Everyone is helpful, accepting, cheers you on along the way, and picks you up on the hard days. It's hard to find a culture like this and it's hard to put in words what this company means to me.

      There isn't anything I would change.
