So much potential, so much wasted.

Pros

It is an innovative learning environment.

Cons

Poor management, abysmal communication within company, inability to organize appropriately, staff lacks skills to triage and delegate work properly, managers who cannot manage will instead push their failures on to their direct report to escape responsibility, HR does not know how to function with integrity, rules are only applicable if they want to apply them, favoritism is rampant, ethics are low and money is the bottom line. If you enjoy science from the perspective of doing good in the world, don't work here, as science is only equated with profits at JAX, where foresight into helping humanity as a whole is nonexistent.
