Pros

Good Pay for the Area Occasional bonuses that got taxed like crazy Coworkers (NOT management) were literally the best thing about this place.

Cons

Constantly broken machinery Out-of-Touch management Back-Breaking Work Exceedingly High disregard for life, with the amount of mice you have to euthanize Hard Workers are put down, Lazy Workers are not punished or reprimanded PTO policies were bad. If you lived 20-30 miles away and it snowed, you would get in trouble for either being late or calling out due to the conditions. Also applied to being sick. Then, management will tell you that they don't want you to risk your life or contaminate the place, but then write you up for missing work. No room for advancement. They promise you that a position is going to open up soon, but it never does, even if you wait over a year.
