Pros

The company has a technical focus with little overhead and a positive culture. I look at it as the best of two worlds: the Enterprise world and the small-company world. We get Enterprise projects and execute them in a nimble, efficient, and fun small-company atmosphere.

Cons

If you are looking for a place to build an empire, this isn't it. If you're looking for a place to hack together simple web or mobile apps, with little process or professionalism, this isn't the place for you.

Time off, flexible hours, creativity freedom, relaxed dress code. Location can be a plus or negative depending on where you live.

Cons

Inexperienced management, missing typical office items -no office supplies? You ask questions and get no answers. No.chance at furthering your career or progressing, as it is a very flat company.

Pros

JG has a great company culture - they try hard to engage the employees at a personal level. There is a lot of fun and joking in the office, which is appealing to many. Dress code is casual, hours are flexible. Extended vacation and leaves of absence are not uncommon -- they try to promote having a good work-life balance.

Cons

- Programming technology is not the most interesting - The company structure is very flat (2 or 3 levels), so there isn't really anywhere to climb to
