Overall Jonah is a good place to work with good people and a good environment.

Cons

It tends to be a bit of a clique and if there is a lack of consulting work they will get rid of you overtime.

Pros

Pleasant work environment. Diverse group of developers of various ages, experience levels, and personality types, including quite a few women. Casual work environment with (fairly) flexible hours, but still working on projects for major clients. Option to work on a salary or as a contractor. Beautiful office in a great location.

Cons

Developer salary seems a bit on the low side, though it's hard to know... Social events tend to attract a small group of the same people, while less outgoing employees can easily disappear.
