This company is extremely unethical

Pros

They have been in the CPG space a long time and have many contacts in that area.

Cons

They submit resumes without candidates' knowledge which is extremely unethical. The Judge Group is why recruiters get a bad name. They epitomize bad recruiting practices. Most employers agree that it depends on whom you deal with at Judge to determine whether it's a good service or not.

Excellent Training, really taught me the business

Cons

At times there is a lack of planning. We care about the end result but the process to get there isnt always standardized.
