Pros

Lunch meetings once every blue moon.

Cons

The account manager we have had to work with is THE WORST. He is pushy and annoying and doesn't know when to stop. I understand sales people have goals they need to meet in order to get paid, but this guy is seriously the reason why we do not want to continue a relationship with The Judge Group. The account manager knows nothing about the resumes he pushes or the candidates being sent over. His attitude and lack of ability to read e-mails is frustrating. I get the same questions over and over again about things that have already been addressed. I feel bad for the candidates because some of them are truly great candidates, but I feel like The Judge group does the biggest disservice to them by misrepresenting them by not taking the time to know them. If I were a contractor for Judge and I knew how they were presenting my resume to companies or how rude and awful their account managers are, I would not want anything to do with this company at all. If a company's first impression of you is through the account manager representing you, then you've got a serious problem with Judge Group account managers. Honestly, this is not a company I would recommend anyone to work with. Terrible.

Pros

Depending on your manager you can basically do whatever you want. I was one of the lucky ones and had an opportunity to make a lot of money at one point, but commission fluctuates drastically. The people are mainly young and fun, and if you know the right people there is opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Politics, unless you know someone dont expect to move up anywhere. Losing major, exclusive accounts left and right. Sr Management wants to grow, grow, grow but our weekly numbers continue to either stay the same or drop slightly. Too many recruiters and not enough accounts. No one is really making any money but the directors. Sales team is poorly trained and have no direct industry experience. Sometimes I feel like Im working in romper room. No one has any clue what is going on, ever so be prepared to figure it all out yourself.

Started here in August, 2012 after sopending the past 13 years with competing professional services companies. TJG is all about its employees and clients. The business process and structure makes the daily routine easy.

Cons

To this point there are no cons to speak of.
