I learned a lot of information treatment plans, wrote court letters, etc has prepared me for my future job and my team.

Pros

There aren't pros. The job is insane and it makes it difficult to connect with children and their families and actual do a good service for them.

Cons

Key Program operates by exploiting children, employees, and struggling families. It's practices depend on corroborating against children and their families to do things like protect the nonprofit from lawsuits, and fabricate "results" so that the program continues to get state funding and appear to be effective. It is a scam at the expense of the taxpayer.

Great team of coworkers and managers even is the big crisis moments never felt alone, always people to rely on.

Cons

Hours and the schedule is extremely difficult
