Good pay and benefits, work / life balance.

Cons

Politics and lack of advancement/opportunity and diversity. The CM culture is toxic and although it has a good work life balance, your work is rarely appreciated. A "Thank you" everyone once in a while would suffice. Once the honeymoon is over, you'll see the grass isn't as green as you thought it was.

Safety Precautions During Pandemic

Continental Mills has gone above and beyond in providing outstanding safety protocols during this pandemic and have allowed corporate employees with the flexibility to work from home since the onset of the pandemic. I am so grateful to work for a company that truly puts their people first!

Cons

The only con I can think of is if they don’t allow employees the continued flexibility of working from home as most companies are moving in this direction post-pandemic. We will lose employees if we keep the mindset of thinking that our best work is done in the office.
