Pay for skills raises aren’t based on knowledge they are based on favoritism. Tattletales are encouraged and it doesn’t have to be true you just have to be first. Too many lazy women on packaging floor. Everyone should be made to do their own work, but they aren’t. One or two people end up doing everything on a line.
