Continental Mills has been very supportive and generous during this pandemic, and I'm very grateful for that though not surprised. Throughout the time I've been working at this company, they have continued to invest in employees through generous benefits and bonus programs, training opportunities and fun events.

Cons

At an organization that is very generous and family-oriented, people don't want to leave. As a result of high tenure, there may be less opportunities for advancement.
