Some of the many things I love about CM include: the ability to run my part of the business, collaborative spirit, an HR team that is truly employee focused, easy access to Andy (the CEO), being thanked for a job well done, respect for expertise and a spirit of winning together.

Cons

We tend to run a lean ship, so sometimes we have more work than people.

Cons

For some, I could see the fast paced environment being a challenge. In some roles there may not be a lot of room for advancement.
