Leadership doesn't seems to care less and less about the culture, and many of the keepers of the culture have moved on.

Pros

They really do care about their employees. Certain areas of the company have healthy upward mobility and clear tracks for promotion. Great vacation plan. Lots of long retention for a reason — it’s a great place to work!

Cons

Siloed mentality between departments leads to decision making that is poor. At times the company can be too tolerant of chronically underperforming employees, which dampens morale.

Pay is good. Insurance is good. It's air-conditioned!

Cons

Morale has taken a big hit since a lot of changes in management the last couple years. Definitely a lot of favoritism going on!
