Pros

Great pay scale based on what you are willing to learn. The more you learn the more they pay you. They are very safety driven as well as quality in their food products. Great benefits for health care and dental. Yearly ear exams and health checkups. Quarterly bonuses based on the performance of the plant.

Cons

Being a student and having another part-time job it has been tough to get a schedule that works for my lifestyle but it does not affect my view of this company.

Work-life balance is great, people are engaged in their work and people are given a lot of ownership of their businesses; people don't take themselves too seriously and enjoy spending time with the people they work with.

Cons

There are a lot of meetings, as is the case in most companies. Sometimes there are meetings to have meetings to prepare for the next meetings.
