The Stylist were nice and friendly

Cons

Management is horrible. The owner invested in a franchise and got in over his head. All we kept hearing was that they were hurting for money and they haven’t even officially opened. They are just in it for the money! It’s like an assembly line get them in and out so they can charge. It’s really sad.

Unfortunately I cannot think of single positive thing to say about this franchise as I was highly disappointed with my (short lived) experience with them.

Cons

If you want to work for a company that shorts your checks by hundreds of dollars and treats you like an expendable piece of trash then this place is for you! Obviously this is a franchise, so another location may be great, however, my location (and experiences with corporate) were poor to say the least. The manager/owner I worked under have no idea how to run a business and have no good customer service skills or business skills whatsoever.

I made good money (because I was working 45+ hours a week)

Cons

- Owners had no knowledge of how a salon actually runs. - Trainer/Manager had absolutely no licensure or experience in the beauty industry whatsoever. - No benefits. - No clear structure for earning promotions/raises, extremely subjective. - Terrible work/life balance and no concern for employee's needs - Ridiculous contract with an insane non-compete - Was treated like garbage by the owners and constantly belittled
