I had to work directly with the CEO of the company. Her schedule was quite busy. It was my job to make sure that her calendar was set and that she did not miss anything. The good thing is that she constantly stayed in contact with me to let me know what she needed and what the company needed. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience during my time there. Which both set a foundation for my future employment. I found it very easy to work with her each day and appreciated her patience, feedback and transparency. She was accessible by phone and email and would respond promptly to text messages as well. She was a hard working and very dedicated woman who you can learn a lot from.

I enjoy working here. As the Director of Operations I have to oversee the day to day activities of the company. There are a lot of moving parts! The employees and the head of the company depend on me to be available if there are any questions or concerns. Even with multiple employees at several different locations around the D.C. area, I still find that it is not difficult to help each one if they need something. By staying on top of the needs of the employees, it is easy to ensure that things run smoothly.
