Pros

-SOME of the girls I worked with -The kids.

Cons

-You have to be one of the BM's favorites to get anywhere. Be her best friend and you can use your phone, take longer breaks. etc. -PAY. 5 years experience and 5 days experience get paid the same. -Uniforms. Mens sizes. granted you're handling kids so you won't need to look like a queen, but at least give us fitted polos -They couldn't care less if they stressed you out. You'll have 5 new kids a week and they'll ask why you don't have consistency. -FOOD PORTIONS. They give the kids small portions. If they ask for more they have to wait 10mins before they are allowed to receive more.

Pros

The kids & parents

Cons

The owner is a total micromanager with absolutely no people skills & doesn't let the Director do their job. Tries to instill fear in the teachers, very demeaning & rude. Constantly running into rooms telling teachers what they need to be doing, when clearly they've had absolutely no childcare experience. Just because you have the money to own a daycare/preschool, doesn't mean you should.
