Pros

Great teachers in the infant department.

Cons

The environment here is catty. A bunch of girls who like to gossip, including the directors. Good teachers will leave here because the bad ones will push them away. The work environment affects the kids and I believe the only kids here who get treated in a manner that the parents would approve of are the infants. Maybe preppers, as well. The rest aren’t getting taught much, they don’t care about much else other than their friends at the school and their paycheck. God help the Preschoolers. Terrible examples for those kids. Management does not take mental health as seriously as they should.

Pros

The location to my home is the only one.

Cons

This place was bad enough when I had previous management but the owner sold it and the new owners are not local. Now the new management is awful. The new director is so unprofessional and is loud all the time. The new assistant director has no clue what is going on. We don't get a schedule like we did before. The support staff get it written down on a sticky note as to whose breaks they are going to do... The teachers don't know until someone is walking in to let them go to lunch...I am just so over this place and am looking forward to moving on to another job soon.

Pros

No pros other then being with children since that’s why we’re all do this anyways.

Cons

Everything. Over worked, underpaid, 1 bereavement day after loosing my brother in a horrible accident, no pay increases after any amount of time being there even after a full 2 year run no pay increase the whole time, unsafe environment since they will not follow ratio rules, then take any teachers regardless of experience and don’t rid them when they find out they are not a good fit for the children. Just a terrible place to work and enroll I could go on and on
