Pros

Working with children. Planning and organizing curriculum and the classroom. Forming bonds with my students and their families. Watching the children thrive and feel confident, not just academically but within them selves and socially.

Cons

Lack of communication between staff and management. Turn over rate quite often. Given extra projects with little notice or time to execute with purpose. Management picking favorites and having it be noticeable by not just staff but parents as well.
