Pros

Working at TLE was good for the experience. You will learn a lot and the kids are amazing. They become part of your family. Overall my experience was good.

Cons

Low pay. Not a lot of support from owners when short staffed. A lot of pressure to enroll students without figuring out staffing first.

Pros

Better pay than other daycares The kids were all super great Pretty laid back center Cleaners came at night so there was less cleaning responsibility for employees

Cons

Management picked favorites and could even be rude at times Management always had some snarky comment to make There was always some weird tasks that needed to be done that wasn’t talked about during interview (filing for management, cleaning walls, swapping classes so the teachers of that class could do something else etc)
